We found this old grouping of Christmas nativity pieces in Holmes County, Ohio where strong German roots are present. Crafted by hand from rustic wood and sturdy cardboard, this timeless decoration is sure to bring delightful, down-home cheer to the holidays.

- ONE vintage manger scene with wood/cardboard barn and manger plus 11 assorted mismatched animals and characters (as shown)
Item Condition:
Good condition relative to age and use. This little set was loved hard by tiny hands. The barn and manger show overall surface wear including wear to edges. Paper image glued to back of interior barn. Previously glued hay is sparse on roof. Hole in top back of barn can be used for small light bulb.
The figures are mismatched; some are plaster, some composite and a few appear to be paper mache-like. Plaster donkey has chip on base; all characters show mild wear and tear.
Mary & Joseph are stamped 'Germany' on the bottom; other figures unmarked. Undated.
